Powder Coating Gun Electron +3 Master M box feed system for consistent, professional powder delivery. Adjustable settings let you dial in flow rate and pattern for any project. I also have various vacuum suction kits to use.

Curing Ovens Two Built American Equipment curing ovens with 550° high-temp capability. Stainless steel lined interiors, WiFi connectivity, and ramp-and-soak controllers let you dial in exact cure profiles for any powder. Interior dimensions of 26″x30″x48″ handle everything from small brackets to wheels and chassis components.

Air Filtration Tsunami 3-stage air filtration system delivers clean, moisture-free air to your powder gun. No fisheyes, no contamination, no wasted powder from dirty air lines.

Air System Eaton Compressors 10 HP rotary screw air compressor with integrated dryer, fed through a RapidAir 1″ loop with filtration at every drop. Consistent pressure and dry air from start to finish.

Spray Booth Built American Equipment double-width spray booth with LED lighting and recirculation system. Proper containment, proper visibility, proper ventilation.

Prep Is Everything

Powder won’t stick to oil, rust, or old finishes. Get your parts ready before you spray:

  • DIY Sandblasting – Skat-Blast 1636 commercial cabinet strips parts to bare metal
  • Ultrasonic Cleaning – Omegasonics 5038 cleaner (33″x18″x18″) removes oils and contaminants (additional cost may be charged)
  • High-Temp Gas Out – Use our ovens to bake out old finishes and oils before coating
