Description

Built American Equipment’s BAE-0300 Standup Capacity Cerakote Convection Oven was engineered specifically for Cerakote™ applicators. It is built for curing Cerakote ™ ceramic coatings. The convection assist airflow design teamed with the high temperature motor provides temperature uniformity to ensure consistent drying, curing and baking results.

Updated Design with Improved Workflow Features:

  • Refined Layout: Streamlined design enhances functionality and overall performance.

  • Insulated Hybrid Floor with Fitted Roller Cart: Keeps the roller cart precisely centered within the curing chamber.

  • Upgraded Roller Cart: Includes a hanging rack top shelf and a removable middle shelf for added versatility.

  • Optimized Air Circulation: Hot air is drawn from the top, routed through internal ductwork, and evenly redistributed from the bottom.

  • Unobstructed Chamber Access: All ductwork, heating elements, and temperature sensors are built into the chamber walls, maximizing usable space.

  • Touch Screen Controller Upgrade (USB Controller Upgrade (USA) Ethernet & Wi-Fi – Not required for all applications. This controller allows you to access and program remotely. Access history can be saved. Access preset settings in a very simple, user-friendly format. This controller changes the temperature setting according to the preset program pattern. The program consists of raising, lowering, and holding temperature settings.)

  • Roller Carts (One roller cart is included with each BAE-0300 unit.)

  • Horizontal Hanging Slot Rack (Includes one (1) left and one (1) right side bracket; center pole not included.)
